Important Freight Shipping Information:
Your program will be shipped on a pallet via a freight carrier due to the size and weight of the equipment. To ensure a smooth delivery, we require a contact person that can be reached to schedule the delivery and be available via phone at time of the delivery for any questions or issues.
PLEASE NOTE:
- If any person at your organization/school is unavailable to receive the delivery, rejects the delivery, or changes the shipping address after submitting the freight form, additional fees may apply, which will be the responsibility of the school or organization.
- The delivery driver will place the pallet at ground level only. It is the responsibility of the school/business/organization to move the shipment indoors.
- If your school or organization has special shipping needs (such as lift gate assistance beyond curbside delivery, inside delivery, or expedited shipping), any added costs will be your responsibility.
