OUR WHY

We believe every child in America deserves
the opportunity to experience the joy,
confidence, and independence that comes
from learning to ride a bike. The All Kids Bike
program was established in 2018 to address
the growing concern that many children in
the United States were not learning to ride
bicycles—a fundamental childhood milestone
with significant physical, mental, and social
benefits.

OUR MISSION

To teach every child in America how to ride a
bike in kindergarten PE class.

OUR PROGRAM

The All Kids Bike program is a ready-to-teach curriculum and a fully-equipped fleet designed for schools, providing everything needed to teach children how to ride.

Training, Certification AND Curriculum

The program features an 8-lesson, ready-to-teach curriculum, aligned with national SHAPE America standards. All participating instructors complete online training and certification, equipping them with best practices for safely and effectively teaching the balance bike method to kindergarteners.

complete fleet of learn- to-ride equipment

Included in the fleet:

  • 24 Strider balance-to-pedal bikes
  • 24 fully adjustable helmets
  • 24 pedal conversion kits

Equipment storage

Each program includes two metal storage racks to keep bikes, helmets, and pedal kits neatly stored together—making setup, cleanup, and maintenance simple and efficient

Program Support

We don’t just drop off bikes and walk away. All Kids Bike is committed to long-term program success. After the initial program is delivered, schools continue to receive support through access to staff training at no additional cost—ideal for onboarding new teachers due to staff turnover. In addition, schools have the opportunity to purchase additional bikes, helmets, and pedal kits at a discounted rate, ensuring the program can grow and adapt as student needs evolve.
